Our client, a growing apparel manufacturer, wanted to digitize their complex production chain and bring all roles onto a single connected platform. Their goal was to reduce manual errors, improve coordination, and deliver a better customer experience through a role-based ERP system.
The Project
The client partnered with us to develop a role-based ERP and mobile-first ecosystem that connects every participant in the clothing production chain.
The system includes:
- React Native Mobile Apps for all operational roles (Inventory, Salesman, Measurement, Fabric Collector, Pattern Cutter, Trims, Tailor, Factory Head, Quality Check, In-House, Trial, Delivery).
- Web Portals (built on Laravel) for Billing & Admin.
Each role gets a customized interface with only the tools and actions relevant to their responsibilities. Every process step is digitally recorded and seamlessly passed along to the next role through QR code scanning and workflow automation.
Challenge
Before this ERP system, the organization struggled with:
- Manual order tracking that caused delays and miscommunication.
- No centralized record system for fabric, accessories, and customer measurements.
- Lack of real-time visibility for management and customers.
- High risk of errors during handoffs between roles (e.g., fabric to tailoring).
